Sud Sonico, in partnership with the Municipality of Giuggianello, the Giuggianello Cultural Center, and the MedEur Association, has successfully concluded the Level Up training program. The initiative was implemented in the context of the “Punti Cardinali For Work – Guidance Points for Training and Employment” project.
Spanning over four days, Level Up was designed for youth, artists, operators, professionals, organizations, and aspiring workers in the music and cultural sectors. The program focused closely on economic sustainability, project design and planning, fundraising, and strategic vision within the social and cultural economy.
Through practical workshops and theoretical insights, the course explored several key areas:
- Strategic Vision: Sessions dedicated to building a long-term vision and translating social economy principles into sustainable cultural projects.
- Operational Sustainability: A focus on practical tools to ensure economic sustainability and foster long-term organizational development.
- Project Work & Pitch: As a final task, participants applied their newly acquired knowledge by developing an engagement strategy and pitch for potential donors, both private and public.
The masterclass successfully provided participants with practical skills and greater awareness in building sustainable cultural visions, social and European project design, organizational management and definition of multi-level fundraising strategies.
For Sud Sonico, this initiative was an excellent opportunity to maintain and bring forward our desire to impact on local community through education, aiming to continue showcasing sustainable models of cultural and social economy.
