Human Foundation selects Sud Sonico for its social innovation capacity-building programme

We are happy to share an important milestone in Sud Sonico’s growth journey: we have been selected among the organizations participating in Percorsi di Innovazione Sociale 2025, the training and acceleration programme promoted by Human Foundation and supported by the UniCredit Fund.

This recognition honours us and comes at a key moment in our development, confirming the solidity of the work carried out over the past years and the growth potential of our models of cultural and social innovation in Southern Italy. Sud Sonico therefore have had the opportunity to take part in a free training programme aimed at Non Profit Sector organizations from all over Italy, with the goal of strengthening their sustainability, strategic capacity and social impact on local communities. Since 2015, the programme has already supported more than 400 organizations, becoming one of the main national reference points for those working in social innovation.

The 2025 edition offered us an intensive programme with a hybrid format that combined in-person sessions and online activities, adopting a strong learning-by-doing approach through workshops, case studies and direct testimonials of best practices from the Non Profit Sector.

Sud Sonico’s selection stems from the coherence between our vision and the objectives of the programme: using contemporary music as a lever for social, educational and solidarity-based innovation, and developing cultural projects capable of generating real impact, networks and opportunities for young people, communities and marginalised territories.

Over the past years, we have experimented with different formats, working on hybrid, experimental and replicable models in dialogue with European networks. We felt the need to further strengthen our development strategy, impact measurement practices and our ability to communicate value and results. We are therefore glad to be part in this programme, as it represents a valuable space for learning, exchange and critical reflection: an opportunity to consolidate internal skills, improve organisational effectiveness and make our projects even more sustainable and scalable.

Sharing this achievement is also a way to thank everyone who has walked alongside us over the years: partners, artists, volunteers, audiences and networks that make our work possible every day.

The journey has just begun, and we are ready to make it resonate.
