Our festival is inclusive and qualitative, and as such pays attention to the culinary experience that the public experiences within the event. The focus is on the seasonality of the raw ingredient, the quality and diversity of the dishes and on the dietary balance.
The festival menu consists of a combination of km.0 ingredients, knowledge of molecular chemistry and diversity of tastes and flavors. The cook gives absolute priority to the principles of nutrition, digestion and absorption of the meal. The recipes are meat, fish, vegan and gluten-free, and leave no room for criticism.
The final result is a light meal, in which taste and nutritional principles work in a complementary way.
